Are there fake 166.062 Big Crown parts floating around?

I was watching this auction on ebay recently, and the seller described the case, dial, bezel, and hands as aftermarket. I wasn't aware of any fake parts out there for this reference (unlike the Seamaster 120). Has anyone seen anything similar before? The hands don't look correct for this reference, but everything else does to me.

The watch certainly looks like it's in very new condition, but maybe it's a put together from NOS parts? Or do others think these are aftermarket parts?

I've been looking to add one of these to my collection for a while, and if they are going to become a minefield like the Seamaster 120 has, I'll probably do it sooner than later.

Everything except the hands and leather strap/buckle look "original" to me. However, the case is really badly polished and would ruin it for me personally. Maybe the seller is confusing the badly refinished case for an aftermarket one.

I think this is correct - perhaps the seller is erring on the side of caution to avoid people requesting a refund after receiving it and not liking the polished case
