I can't find a similar dial anywhere on the Internet. The case is silver and the lugs look they were added a very long time ago. The numbers on both the movement and case put this pocket watch around 1915. But are they real? II just want a cool conversation piece. Thanks in advance for yourhelp.

I'd love to hear your thoughts on this conversion pocket watch.

The case and movement are original Omega (caliber 13 SO I think), the dial is not. It probably had an enamel dial originally. If you can find an original dial sometime, it will be worth more than a few bucks. It is the right age that it could actually have been made as a wristwatch, as some of these early omegas were, though the style of the lugs & crown position makes me doubt it.

Pocket Watches are for pockets, IMHO. And a watch that is 50mm +/- across is just too much for me. But what matters is if you like it, but as stated above you shouldn't spend too much for it.

Ok, now noticing the size, no question it is a pocket watch conversion.

If you want a conversation time piece you can't go wrong with Franck Muller Crazy hours or Vegas wristies. The Moon watch or Bond watches can on,y get you so far.

The Crazy Hours provokes seasoned watch,Akers to, freak out and all with just 21J.
