I thought it is time to revive this thread with everything that is happening in the crypto world. Looks like many dominos will be falling very soon.

I cut my losses and sold about a year ago. I lost confidence in crypto. I can't say I regret it.

Never bought it. Too many things about the concept that I found far too speculative - and risky as a result.

The only exposure to crypto I ever had was an investment in Coinbase which is a crypto currency exchange platform, they were supposed to make money just through the normal buying and selling of crypto currency and them handling the documentation. Debuted at about $350 in April 2021 and has gone down steadily since and is now about $58. Took my loss about six months ago and moved on. I think crypto has finally hit the wall, the game is mostly over. I never thought governments around the world would let crypto get too much of a foothold. Some of the bitcoin miners are closing up shop and moving on, not worth it in many cases to keep the computers running.

I lost 20 bitcoins gambling, decided to try out trading algorithmically by implementing an API, then got bored and lose those in gambling too, games were rigged, but I was in such a downward spiral that I didn't even care, I'm glad I left those days behind

The crypto landscape is definitely changing. I believe lots of the current projects will die in the next little while. The ones remaining will flourish. IMO, Crypto is here to stay.
There will be some good deals coming up soon 😉 Only if I had some spare cash 🤦

Get your money out of any remaining exchanges - nexo, crypto.com, ledn, etc. Not your keys, not your coins...

I prefer Agnico Eagle Mines Ltd. QE made a massive bubble in the s&p500 in the 2010's. I think gold will outperform the s&p500 over this decade.

I'm still trying to wrap my brain around my debit card PIN and chips on my CC's.

Crypto, for me, is like trying to understand what the head of John Mayer's penis has experienced - completely uncharted and foreign territory.

I thought I would share this to put things in perspective. Everything in here will be affected. Massive 😲
