    Considering the new Aquaterra.
Choice between rubber strap and bracelet is now in front of me.
Both the strap and bracelet cost $670.00
Strap or bracelet? We shall see.

Buy the bracelet model and get the strap separately. It’s usually cheaper that way but now you have both.

Thanks for the feedback. Interestingly, the strap and the bracelet cost the same.
They both come in at $670.00

Buying the watch on a bracelet costs $100 than the strap according to Omega's website. You'll save $100 buying on a bracelet and then adding the strap later vs buying on a strap and adding the bracelet if they're both $670.

You're right. My bad. Buy the strap and then add the bracelet.

Oddly though still nice 99% of the time it’s the other way.

Maybe you can work out a deal and get both and get a discount. When I bought my AT8900, I bought the rubber strap and got the bracelet for a couple Benjamins.

Where are you sourcing the strap and bracelet from. $670 seems low for the bracelet but high for strap, unless you’re including the deployant clasp?!?

    Thanks for the feedback everyone~
Sourcing the strap directly from Omega. Decided to get it with bracelet and buy the rubber strap.
When you buy the strap for $640 directly from Omega that includes the deployant clasp, band and the two metal pieces (one for each side).
The metal pieces are $91.00 each.
Now I am looking for the micro adjust buckle part number for the bracelet. Bought one for my Seamaster Chrono recently and love it. That is a 22mm and this is a 20mm. Hope they have it at Omega. Will call on Monday.

@Jaxson I don't think they make a micro adjust buckle for the AT strap as it uses the smaller butterfly clasp. If you find one, I'd love to know as I'd get one too.

I bought the runner and was stunned by the cost of two, pretty insignificant pieces of metal that should have been included in the price of the strap. Didn’t even get a complimentary set of spring bars. Was really bummed out.

I was stunned as well by the cost of the 2 pieces of metal, $182.00 which brings the the cost of the rubber band and deployant clasp up to $640.00. No way I am paying that. Here is a shot of my new Aquaterra on bracelet. Picked it up at a Authorized Dealer for $3850 including the tax.
Seems like a sweet watch, between this and my Omega Seamaster 300 Chrono I am feeling the Omega love!
