Thanks to all for their advice on helping me chose my first Omega (on other threads). Whilst perusing I came across the slightly older Aqua Terra white face/blue hands and markers (2803.33.37). Obviously discontinued but a worthy acquisition I assume? Was this colour combination a limited edition? Thank you.

I'm not sure if it was an LE. The first time I saw it, I saw a 2503.33. I checked for similar styles and all I saw was this one. I have it now which is the same watch as yours, but in 39.5 mm. There also is a 41.5 mm that they made, but there sure aren't very many of them out there. I had some randomly PM about my sizing.

I have 7.25 inch wrist, and I feel like mine is slightly small. I still love it.

Now I'm surprised to learn there is a 38.5 mm!

The combination was not a "limited edition" in the formal sense, but not a lot of these appear show up. When they do its usually the 2502.33 (41mm) version. I guess the owners of the 2503.33 hold on to their watches. There is no 36mm version of this AFAIK.

On a side note, I actually have incoming a 2504.70 - same watch in 36mm, but comes in a white MOP dial, which as I understand only 1000pcs were produced. I'm excited to see it arrive, probably a keeper.

Yep, not a limited edition but rarely seen. I got mine brand new at a 50% discount back in 2006 at a jewelry store that was going out of business. In retrospect I wish I had bought their entire stock!

I definitely recommend it, its a fantastic do-everything watch.

I have the 2503.80 (blue dial) and had an opportunity to buy the 2503.33 soon after...now I really wish I had done so. It's a beautiful watch that is a go anywhere, do anything watch. I'd grab it if you have the opportunity.

I agree. Such a clean dial, before they changed to the "teak" dials.

The silver dialed 2503.30s are floating around relatively affordable (36mm 2504.30s even cheaper) than the blue dial, blue-and-white dial or even the black dial 2503.50s. The color may be too plain for some, but they are just as good as the 2503.80s

I am thinking, you must have a big wrist, because this looks like a 36mm on yours - and they did not make the 2503.33 in 36mm!

Ha! Now that's something I've never been accused of before! I have a skinny 6.5" wrist. Must be an optical illusion. ;)

Great watch, I have a 2503.33, you can check my post history for some pics if you'd like to see. I love it so much.

    Here is a tease though

Very nice watches, both on the original bracelet as well as leather strap. I love this earlier (and slimmer) version of the AT.

    Here is my 39mm:

Hi saw you have the 2504.70 MOP for sale. Can you post better pictures of the dial to see it?

    Thanks

I just picked a 2503.33 up a couple of weeks ago. Can't stop wearing it.
