Looking at adding to my collection (Blue Omega Seamaster, Black Tudor BB58 and a Green Longines HC).

Saw of these Terracota dials in the window at my local AT and it really stood out as a stunning watch.

Are there any owners on here that can vouch for it? Don't see too many round but would certainly be a different type of watch for the collection.

I would say that shades of red make up a pretty bold wrist presence, so it depends if you can handle it 馃榾 Looking around, I see that most people (me included) play it safe with 'boring' colors - black, blue, silver, gray, or white - just like car colors, when I think about it. I haven't seen many green or red dials out there, so they are quite underrepresented IMO.

Definitely don't disagree with you. Not usually one for really bold watch colours (my green Longines is pretty subtle).

There's something about this that catches my eye but it is very much that case of how I could wear it.

Would make a great summer watch...

Just got mine a couple of weeks ago. Really happy with it. The red is mostly a burnt red with a hint of orange but really depends on the light. Sometimes it is almost a scarlet red. The case and bracelet are highly polished and they really shine. It may have the most comfortable bracelet I have ever worn (and I鈥檝e worn a few). Took a couple of times to get the hang of the butterfly clasp but once you are used to it it鈥檚 fine and actually feels more secure than most others. I have a pretty small wrist (6.25 in) and I think it is the perfect size.

I always wonder why the date disk is not color-matched to the dial with a white print. That would be awesome.

I don't own one. And I never would because I'm not a fan of the color and prefer my dials in blue, black, silver, or white. But I have very conservative tastes in watches.

With that said, I read every Aqua Terra thread I see here and on WUS and I've never heard a terracotta owner complain about the color. In fact, most rave about it and for many it has become their favorite watch dial. If it visually appeals to you, I think you would like it.
