Was at an OB today and saw the 2015 catalog and this was in there.

I guess it was shown at Basel but I saw nothing about it.

AT Good Planet. It's titanium and there is a GMT version. Bracelet or strap, which is a navy version of the DSOTM straps.

    Looks interesting.

Found thesr pics on Toppers FB page.

Yea it comes in a regular version as well as a GMT, so you can buy what is basically like the old school AT2500 blue/white. Its actually one of the nicest Aqua Terras I've ever seen

Am I the only one that misses the date window frame they used to have on the ATs? I felt it added an elegant balance to the dial.

That non-GMT version is gorgeous. ::love::

Looks like a 2503.33 reissue in Ti. Probably 38.5mm case right?

The AT has a blue version of the new Snoopy award nylon strap in 19mm. A good option for Skyfall owners.
    The GMT looks like 21mm

I actually wonder if the dial is gloss painted or enamel, it almost looks like the later and Omega has been working on enamel with some of their newer models.

On gloss ceramic? It is an interesting watch, interesting also no dial line pattern.

On the date window frame I do think that they should have kept it, or could have modified it and refined it a little without completely taking it out. I have the aster CX version without it and love it but a little something there would help keep the balance against the minute markers, it just looks like it fell off.

Great looking watch - kind of like an inverted Skyfall.

I think dropping the date window frame is fine since the crown is already unbalancing the 3:00 position.
However (as usual) the date wheel looks black on white instead of blue printing to match the rest of the dial. Similar oversight to the Skyfall white on black date wheel.

I went with the 15,000 in the background which has a date wheel that matches some of the dial printing.

I hate what they've done with the AT. They had one of the best classic designs and, for some inexplicable reason took away the date window surround and, even worse, polished the bracelet centre links. They've screwed it up IMO

I disagree about the crown figuring into this; the dial's balance is what's in question here and therefore an external case design, especially one as requisite as a crown, really shouldn't be considered part of the dial aesthetic.

The date wheel color was a bigger issue with the new SMP design, with a back wheel and white numeral for a blue dial. Honestly, your issue didn't even occur to me; until I looked at it again, lol. Now I kind of see what you mean! :D

The lack of the frame, for me, makes the dial appear unfinished, like they said "let's cut a hole right here and make it a date window." I had the same issue with my 1st generation AT chronograph. At least the 2500s had a bevel to the window, making for a clear design cue. This new window, aside from shape, not so much.

Good call on the lack of lines and the possibility of this being an enamel or painted dial, hadn't thought of that.

I'm wondering if we might see another refresh of the AT once the METAS certified movements and accompanying Master Chronometer text begins to be used rather than Master Co-Axial, there'd be an opportunity with that to add the date window back at the same time. I'm in the window surround camp too, when we were buying an AT8500 Skyfall for dad we specifically opted for the 2014 version with date surround vs the 2015 without.

I thought the 38 was the one for me until I tried it on. Just felt underwhelmingly small, but the 43 felt much more proportionate.

Ehh, it’s certainly busier than the 3-hander, but it still feels pretty balanced to me. Everything has its place.

The concept of a Ti AT is what attracts me; the dial looks clean but wish it had the teak pattern, like my gone white AT

The 38.5 AT Goodplanet is my favorite watch at the moment. Saving up for a second hand one currently.
