Approx watch value!

As a lady's watch and as a quartz watch, unless this is particularly collectable one (which I don't believe it is), it is worth the melt price of the gold. So ~$35/gram for the gold parts.

THOUGH that is only if it is real gold/a real watch. The dial itself looks a bit suspicious, though it could be photo quality.

10K GF. Gold Filled, not solid gold.
A particularly unattactive watch with an ancient quartz movement from an unsought gender.
Value is negligible.

Oh! The shadow covered up "filled" in the case back, and I didn't pay much attention to the bracelet.

So I revise my answer: if it isn't a redial, it probably isn't worth more than $5. If it IS a redial, even less. Jim is right, value is basically zilch.

There is a little value in the diamonds, otherwise zero value and zero interest. Probably the low point for Omega quality and design, shocking.

Watch-face diamonds are typically barely a chip and tend to be basically worthless. I doubt you'd get more than about $2 each at most.

That's 8 bucks, that buys you a Happy Meal at Maccas.
