No photos of the inside, but the seller lists this as a ref 2619 with a late 1940s serial number (11M), and I expect it is some sort of 30mm movement. The applied star under OMEGA looks a little wonky and discolored. Is it legit? Does anyone know the significance of the star, if any?

Aha, Teddington sold in Brazil. And apparently painted, not applied.
