Would appreciate the forum's wisdom--I know there are transitional Speedie Pros with the applied logo but the 861 movement (145.022-68 if I recall correctly), are there analogous Seamasters? Or put differently are applied logos on Seamasters supposed to accompany 321 movements only?

I believe, a correct 145.022-68 should have an 861 movement and a applied logo dial.

I don't know seamasters well enough to know if there is a transitional counterpart in the seamaster family. It would be interesting to know!

There are chrono 861 seamasters with raised logos. Here is one of mine. Same era as the Speedie 145.022-68

    Seamaster 145.018, gold filled, 861 movement 27711xxx, circa 1968??
