Thus far, we have only found pictures of 18 astronauts out of 32 awarded a Gold Speedmaster, actually wearing their Gold "Apollo 11 tribute" Speedmaster chronograph:
3 Shepard, 5 Glenn, 6 Carpenter, 7 Cooper, 8 Schirra, 12 Conrad, 13 Stafford, 14 Lovell, 15 Borman, 16 Scott, 17 Armstrong, 18 Cernan, 21 Aldrin, 26 Bean, 27 Slayton, 1001 Roosa, 1002 Mitchell and 1003 Irwin.
In fact 4 NASA astronauts wore their Gold BA145.022-69 during NASA training:
12 Conrad, 13 Stafford, 18 Cernan and 26 Bean
