Anyone who can identify this ref ? Does the dial look legit ?

Hello , tried to find a similar watch but did not manage.
Does anyone know what ref this could be , and could the dial be renovated ?
I’ve have not seen the “Swiss Made” text in this close position to the subsec on any other non magnetic watch.
It’s 30mm without crown

Yes, Bad spacing and bad fonts and overall bad attractiveness does not approach Omega's standard then or now.


Plus it has been polished to within 0.5mm of its' usefulness.......look at that lug hole.


Plus that subdial should be 4-5mm North, maybe 10mm, for THAT dial layout.
