Anyone translate Chinese? Or maybe Japanese?

I picked up this gold DuPont lighter (I collect them even though I have given up smoking!) and it has an engraving on it. Assume it is a company logo? I'm just curious to learn more. No other reason! Lighter has never been used so assume it was some kind of corporate gift from the 1980s.
Apologies for pic quality. Best I could get on my iPhone.

Don't recognize the top character, might be a company logo or that my chinese is bad.

    The bottom two characters:
    輝: means glorious
    腾: means soar or gallop

It's not really 2 characters that we use together so I'm guessing it's a brand name. I googled 輝腾 and the results showed me a chinese name of a Volkswagen model. Sorry my chinese is limited but decided to chip in since no one replied!
