    The silver hallmark is for the Russian market. The retailer was already mentioned by Jim.

    As for the movement, maybe this could help, considering the period:

    What strikes me though, is the beautiful and excellent preserved Roman numeraled dial w/ no seconds and of course the 9 o'clock crown. Maybe specially made for a right hand wearer ?
