I was looking at the AD here. IMO they've done the dial wrong with the size of the second row of numbers being way too large. It's also way too difficult to read which is some kind of irony given it's a "railroad" watch.
I've seen it in person, I wasn't so taken by it. The resemblance to the historic R.R. 280 is only skin deep. In my opinion, it needed to be a manually wound watch, chronometer certified, and the PM hours should be about 25% smaller. Props to them for going with the historic dial variant with zero at the top, though. It stands out among other railroad and military watches.
