Anyone know why my lower pusher ribs are now visible?

And can anything be done to remedy it other than replacement? Thanks.

I assume that the pusher rod is coming unscrewed from the cap, which would be an easy fix.

By me, or a pro?

If you're comfortable removing the movement, then it should be a piece of cake.

Get it to a watchmaker asap -- those splines are not deep and then this happens:

The pusher screw that holds the pusher cap on has come unscrewed. To fix this, you need to open the case back, remove the inner anti-magnetic cover, loosen the setting lever screw, remove the stem, the remove the movement.

The screw can then be tightened, but I would remove it and apply some Loctite to the threads on the post of the cap, then reassemble.

Then the movement goes back in, the stem goes back in, the setting lever screw is tightened, the inner cover installed, and the case back installed.

Easy for a watchmaker, but no idea what your skilllevel is, so up to you to decide if it’s in your wheelhouse or not...

Be very careful that you don't loosen the setting lever screw too much...if you do it's straight to the watchmaker.
