Anyone know about this vintage Omega Meister?

I inherited this beautiful working gold watch. Would love any info?

You will need to take the watch to a watchmaker, remove the back and take pictures of the movement and inside of the case back.

My guess is that this case and bracelet were custom made by Meister to fit the movement and dial.
