Yeah I was discussing with a friend before. I suppose I was never realistically going to win but I was thinking it’d go for a total of around 5k. With fees it’s more like 9k. Very nice though and good original condition.
Yeah the crown was different to the one on the only other example I could find (the one in the link in the 3rd post), but I didn’t know which, if indeed either, was correct. Is the other one right, or should it be a different type ? And is the hand in the right subdial correct on this one or the one in the link ? Need to learn more for next time
Crown and sub-dial hand are correct on the Ancienne example. Crown on the first example is incorrect and upon closer inspection, so is the minute, sub-dial hand. Note that it is too short.
