As you were browsing eBay, something about your browser made us think you were a bot. There are a few reasons this might happen:

You're a power user moving through this website with super-human speed.
You've disabled JavaScript in your web browser.
A third-party browser plugin, such as Ghostery or NoScript, is preventing JavaScript from running.

The US site works fine but trying to limit searches to a specific country like Canada or the UK brings up a page with the above message. It's been going on for about 36 hours now.

1. Watch authentication program, so well executed!
2. New payment requirements (they want my 🤬 SSN - as if!!)
3. They think @WhatYourWatchSay is bot when he's clearly John Candy.
4. Global shipping

On the plus side, you can get watch bands, movement covers, and other miscellaneous parts pretty cheap these days. And even the occasional Panerai.

Really? I bought a vintage Seamaster in December, a pair of end links, and a bracelet, all from different sellers and 2 out of those 3 are from out of the country and I didn't have to provide my SSN.

Don’t forget their fees went up January 1 when they brought the payment processing in house. So they cut out the middle man (PayPal) and increased fees...

Ahh, I see. It's been awhile since i sold anything on there. Was actually getting ready to list a few items this month to 'make some space', but maybe I'll stick to more local mediums before giving fleabay my SSN. 😒
