Anyone have recent warranty work in USA?

Greetings,

I just had to send in my Planet Ocean to the east coast service center because it stopped working. I was just curious if anyone else has had warranty work done recently and if so, what was the turnaround time?

The total time frame will depend on how extensive the work is and what parts are in stock/not. A couple of months ago my SMP300 was at a west coast service center for warranty work. The crown/tube needed to be replaced. From the day I shipped it off, it was just under two months until it was back in my hands.
