Anyone has the new JLC polaris?

    I looking to buy the new / limited version of the Polaris.
    I have access to the Platinum version. But I am afraid might be too heavy on the wrist.
    Thoughts?

    I'm really liking the pictures I have come across of the new Polaris line. Of particular interest to me are the Worldtimers. Looking forward to seeing those in the metal.

    I haven't seen anything on a platinum edition and I cannot find it on JLC's website. Any photos?

    Well since you're asking for thoughts....
    I own the original 1965 Polaris.
    If you are interested in a Platinum Polaris,
    why not consider the 2009 1965 Platinum Tribute.
    It's almost an exact replica of the original.
    The 1965 dial is much more elegant and less busy.
    Since it was issued in only 165 pieces I would
    think it would hold value well also.
