Anyone from Japan that can help me?

Hi everyone,

I'm building a tool to bring all auctions to one place, I need a Yahoo Japan ID, even if no direct access to the ID, I need someone to apply for a developer access key for me

I don't think this can easily be done outside Japan, you need a Japan mobile phone number that can receive SMS and all Japan numbers rented online specifically don't have SMS capabilities, so I definitely need someone to help me, ideally someone who has some time and would like to see the result of the experiment as well
