Anyone ever seen pushers with punched(?) code?

Top pusher looks like it has the code K.18. A part number perhaps?

Can't tell if the bottom pusher has the same

I'd have thought K.18 was to signify 18 carat gold

Well, given the fact that it’s a horrible re dial, I guess I can’t attach any more significance to that pusher. Seems odd to me that such a mark would be so visible on a gold chrono. Perhaps someone had an inventory of factory prototype parts? A lot of that stock ended up in Italy I hear.
