I acquired this from a jeweler friend about 25 years ago and it works great but I've never been able to find any information about it. The crystal was replaced with a custom made and it is a newer strap but all else is as it was when I purchased. The case is marked 14kt and the dial appears to be gold leaf and cats eye. Sorry but your pic is not very helpful (I wrote something less nice first).
That being said, what can be seen of the logo and print does not give me the impression of a real Omega.
Show us some more (and more detailed) pics but if the case is marked 14K on the outside I have very serious doubts.
