Anyone ever come across this dial design before?

Hi Omegoids,

Just wants your thoughts on this. Is it a recognised pattern for a cal 265 with 11 million serial. I find it puzzling but not unattractive. I don't think its a redial. With a start at 320 Euros I won't be bidding on it....thoughts?

Unfortunately, pics are not very sharp, but as it seems the line where the two different colors meet is not very straight and sharp. Also, between 52 and 53 seconds the line is not in the middle.
