    AFAIK there is only one type of gold dial (concerning the "background" of the dial) - only the markers and Omega logo are different - either yg or pink...

    Yes, It's unusual, but they do exist ! I had one with the rarer "Omega Centenary" inscription recently but it is now sold because the movement was too far gone unfortunately. I will try and find a picture and post it later...

    maybe this dial looks rose because of the aged lacquer - may have caused this tint...
    I must have a look on mine (ref 2500, cal 333) - in the bank vault... will let you know

    This one never even reached the forum but it did have a very crisp case and yellow gold dial with rose gold markers and case!

    My observation is that there are 3 dial types:
    YG background with YG markers
    YG background with RG markers
    RG background with RG markers
    The RG background with RG markers that I have seen are the last 2500s produced with the cal. 333 movement.

    I believe Douglas Gravina has a centenary with the YG dial with RG markers.

    That's easy, just remove those YG markers, dip in RG stuff and there you go.
