    Hi!!

I'm curious about this longines and I didn't come across any other longines that has this red line of circle on the dial. What do you expert think of it?

    Many thanks!

Looks like a Longines from the later 60's, or more likely, the 70's. the movement looks to be either a Record 1955 or 1955-2 (the latter if there is quick set date function). This corresponded to a Longines 501 or 505, respectively. Longines acquired Record in the 60's and used their movements in some Longines-branded watches. Most Longines collectors would prefer a true Longines-designed and manufactured movement but I like the look of this watch and also like that it only has the date and not the day function as well, which makes the dial too busy, IMO. I love that red line and the cushion case too. Cool watch overall and looks to be in good shape.
