AJTT did not bring me anything close (bad sign). Diameter is 38mm or so. Could not open it so no info on movement. My guess: (if real) a local made case with original Omega movement. Dial bit of a question mark but most likely redone. Due to the 'swiss made' I'd assume UK or USA. Any input?
Dial looks original to me based on the pics. 18K could be a US made case. In that case, @X350 XJR may have an answer?
+1 I second Jim concerning the dial Not sure about the case - for sure it is not original Omega - looks like a SA contract case (Argentina??)
Thanks for the input! What movement do you expect? This one has a lot of similarities https://www.ebay.com/itm/VINTAGE-OM...46-MANUAL-CALIBER-283-17-JEWELS-/282345278590Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network
no, not a cal. 283 because this would be a centre second version... I suppose cal. 30 T2 or a later member of the cal. 30 movement family like 265, 266,... Mark, you obviously did not read my book - go and do your homework

Looks South American to me. US Omega cases are almost always 14K gold and made by Norman Morris approved makers, Ross, Wadsworth, etc.
