Anybody know if hands of a JLC/Lecoultre Cal 476 and 478 are interchangeable?

    Hi OF,

I own a JLC Cal 476. Unfortunately, looks like the seconds hand is starting to corrode. I want to replace it and have secured an NOS piece, but I'm worried the minute/hour hands might start to corrode too, so I'm looking to the future and might try to find a new set of minute/hour hands as well.

I'm noting there seem to be a lot more cal 478 sets out there, particularly used/for parts. Any idea if the hands from a JLC 478 would fit a 476? The hands look identical, I'm just not sure if the measurements are the same.

See below for a picture before the corrosion started. This was in May 2019. The rust seems to be forming just on the top of the seconds hand pivot.

I'm also worried if I replace the seconds hand with one in NOS condition, it will look "off" with the aged hour/minute hands. Thoughts?

    Thank you OF!

And here's the hand I was able to secure. Picture quality is horrendous but seller guarantees it's an original hand.
