Due to a lack of fingernails which I part blame 27 years of marriage, pulling the crown & winding my AT is not a pleasurable experience like winding my Tudor BB Bronze ... buttery mmmm
    Anybody have this problem ?
That aside I love it dearly and the watch

good thing it's an automatic and assuming you wear it, you'd only have to do it every other month to adjust the date

Problem is I don’t wear it every day and so when I’m a hurry, to set time date and wind it’s a bit of a chore that said when on I can’t help but love it’s sparkly little face

Root cause analysis already determined, 1. Grow your fingernails and 2. Watch winder

Well, assuming your safe is big enough, some winders can alternatively use a battery source so it can still be wound inside the safe with all the fun stuff.

    Here
In the UK, guns are slightly more muted shall we say .223 AR 15 straight pull, semi auto MP5 in .22 308 rifle and a 357 marlin under lever that sort of stuff, and a long barrel pistol that would make Dirty Harry laugh. Never used for self deeeefence just putting holes in paper !!

Paper is the #1 culprit when it concerns injuring people worldwide, so I understand why you take action as retribution. ::bleh::
