Ebel is an historic and prestigious brand so any watch from them has some value. About your watch it's difficult say something with those pictures.
It's a good brand... had its best time in the 1980ies when they were prominently featured in Miami vice . Nice looking specimen but not too attractive in today's market- so I'd keep it instead of making a slow buck.
I only really collect Omegas as well. I'd love that watch but I have to limit myself on what I buy, or I'd end up in a house with no furniture, Mrs. E gone and five hungry cats about to turn on me.
