I am considering buying this watch.
Polishing is obvious, but also hands are completely new (not sure if original Rolex or not).

What are you thoughts?

 

looks nice. they are all polished. the hands would not bother me. Easily changed if you want to. I like the linen dial. 16030 is not my fav....i prefer the 16010 but to each his/her own.

 

however, you are missing lume plots on the dial....that would bother me.

 

lume plots are present on the dial but do no match the hands.

 

missing on the 1,6,7,8 plots. Pet peeve of mine. I would pass. Too many out there to fall in love....unless really cheap.

 

Looks like it comes with newer box too.

 

As always, a lot depending on what needs to be put on the table for it. Looks ok to me a part from the above mentioned points. But the combination is a 100% rolex classic.

 

Given all the nice Rolex out there I'd have a hard time living with one that has been messed with as much as this one.
