Brother have you opened a can of worms......

There are more cool old Omega ads than you have hairs on your head!

Just ask my friend, Yann, to show us all his! (You may need to increase your hard drive capacity or at least your download speed)

If you can get a hold of , or buy a copy of AJTT, you will be treated to a historical museum of the finest of the graphic arts!

    Bamboozeled or Bamboozled?

These things matter after staring at hands, logo's, fonts, crowns, etc. for a year or so.

It is, but only a picture I stole from the web.

Not like I have it on my wall or anything :p

Noticed the Stanford poster on the wall. You might like this picture I took last month on a trip to the Bay Area.

Yeah. It is a beautiful campus. The Quad, especially, and the Rodins on the grounds… Quite special.
The Omega posters are available on eBay.I asked the seller, but he will not be printing the other Mario Gros Posters that Omega commissioned in 1933-34 and 1940.

Well, it used to be that Omega offered great watches with first-rate technology and a rich history for a decent price… :(

There is a collection of old Omega adverts maintained by one Lucien Hamelinck. Probably most people here know about it…?

I (((heart))) french advertising posters for luxury items, cinema, cycles, liquors and coffee.

What a wonderful and beautiful culture. Almost perfect. I really wish the French would be done with their weird self loathing and national guilt trip, before it's too late /end rant.
