I posted a thread a few months back looking for help on a beater watch for water use. I ended up with this watch: the Magrette Waterman. Its from a microbrand from a release in 2016 where it was in a set of 500. Have to say impressed so far. Nice size, nice weight, cool case, and best off it can get wet.

I haven't bought a "new" watch in ages. I bought this second hand so not really new but its modern. Fills the void in the collection and it was pretty cheap so more money to spend on vintage

Anyone else have one?

My Moana Anniversary says hello. Very happy with it, great quality for a microbrand.
Very tempted by the GMT if I can find the right one.

Here's mine: Moana Pacific Steel.

All the bands it came with just didn't suit, so I bought a bracelet from ebay, which suits me better.
It's a good watch, but I have decided it represents the upper size limit I could wear. So every prospective purchase is compared to this one, to make sure it is smaller.
