I can't believe I forgot to mention the Arch docs and Wiki. Yeah, best around.

The Arch docs and wiki are a superb resource, even if you don't use Arch.

Network Chuck’s Linux for hackers on YouTube is a great zero to power user Linux class. I used to recommend it to my students who wanted additional learning materials.

Windows is a terribly inefficient OS, it does not surprise me that it took the longest by a huge margin.

I'll have to check him out. I have used Linux for years now, but I readily admit that I am still essentially a novice user.
