One Speedmaster to rule them all
    One Speedmaster to find them
One Speedmaster to bring them all
    And in darkness bind them.
In land of Bienne, where shadows lie.

Very much doubt that we'll see any complications outside of GMT and chronograph for POs.

On topic, I can guarantee (or as close as anyone can) that there will be a 60th anniversary Speedmaster LE.

Also probably a Railmaster reissue (as that's a 60th anniversary as well). Maybe a high jewelry Seamaster 300 for that 60th anniversary.

Otherwise, Aqua Terra refresh more than likely (probably similar to the PO refresh of this year bringing them to 8900/9900 calibres), but probably not much more.

I'll be first in line if Omega re-issues the Railmaster.

If it's a Seamaster 300 with no bezel at 39mm (as CK2914 was), I think wait lists would be longer than for the ceramic Daytona.

    Are you absolutely positively sure that's a 60th Anniversary [emoji68] ?

Omega themselves say that the "Holy Trinity" of the Seamaster 300, Railmaster, and Speedmaster (CK2913, CK2914, and CK2915) came out in 1957.

Until we see the new version of Journey Through Time, we can't know with 100% veracity, but from talking to multiple people employed and educated by the brand, that's the case.

A simple google shows that Railmasters from earlier are prototypes, which matches what the brand says. It's how you can find Submariners from before 1954, as some were made before introduction.

Omega even mentions the 30SC T4 from 1955 in their launch of the 2003 Railmaster, but specifically state that the watch was launched in 1957.

Personally, I'd like to see Omega trial something completely different, rather than simply just adding some more coloured bezels or trotting out another Speedmaster LE/reissue/anniversary model. Ideally I'd like to see a 24hr model, but I suppose the chances of that are vanishingly small :(

I am 100% confident on an update to the AquaTerra range:thumbsup:. I captured from my Swatch source, but could be wrong, that it would be quite significant.

If Omega do release the Railmaster, I promise NOT to post a Rolex Explorer 2016 vs Railmaster 2017 thread:rolleyes:...though my hunch is that this will be an almost inevitable temptation for some other OF members...;)
