Picked this up recently, regardless of the value I really like the watch. I am curious to perhaps learn more about its origins. I was told it has a 100/26.5 OMEGA movement, it has a functioning subsidiary seconds dial at the 9 position and most unusually, has an extra undrilled subsidiary dial at the 3 position. Kind of weird but regardless I really like the look and the Patina. Thank you in advance OMEGA 7_zpsxl3ke37d.jpg OMEGA 8_zpsiaclxfzw.jpg OMEGA bk_zps2gh8kmds.jpg OMEGA move_zpshqaa1ysi.jpg OMEGA SUB_zpsdf10rbbx.jpg for any insight.

Its a re-cased pocket watch movement with a really bad fantasy dial.

    I like the click spring:rolleyes:

Probably the worst cobbled together marriage watch I've seen this year.

Thank you. I searched "omega fantasy dial" with no luck. What does that mean specifically? I understand someone took the movement from a pocket watch and put into some random case. The face is not an omega face at all? is that what "fantasy" means?

X350, XJR nice car, I recently sold my XKR.

Thank you, oh well I still like the look of it and didn't pay too much. Glad I could bring some humor to the forum. BTW recently back from Paris and visited a dealer that had this that I am still considering. IMG_1320.JPG IMG_1321.JPG IMG_1323.JPG IMG_1320.JPG IMG_1321.JPG IMG_1323.JPG

Think of it as your noob tax and learn from it.

Importantly think of all of us as your accountants that want to stop you from paying anymore noob tax .
