Very fake. Also it‘s probably not even 18k. I had one very similar to this in the shop not that long ago, and the „18k gold“ as stated on the outside of the caseback was already worn off on the edges. Sorry mate. Cheers, Max
It has several red flags. Difficult to tell from the pics but there is a good chance the stones are CZ and as already noted above I wouldn’t be confident it is solid gold. It’s likely junk.
