Probably made by Aureole "Aureole Watch Co was created in 1868 by Philidor Wolf in La Chaux-de-Fonds, produced some of its own movements. It specialized in quality lever-watches, but also produced chronographs, ultra-slim watches and repetitions. It then moved into the wristwatch market by combining in-house calibers with high-end design and well-finished cases. The models followed one after the other over the decades, particularly in 1932 with one of the first wristwatches to have the date in an aperture (rectangular watch case, date at 12 o’clock). This concept of course is now widespread. From 1933, Aureole offered water-resistant, steel watches. At the time of the Second World War, in 1941 the company was handed over to Lutz et Burkhardt. In 1948 it was taken over by Marcel Choffat who relaunched it with new talent. During this “hip renaissance”, it produced up to 400,000 pieces a year in 1968."
You can check more easily than I can, but it looks as though there is steel showing through on the underside edges of the lugs. That would indicate this is a gold-plated watch, and that someone has applied fake markings to pass it off as solid gold. Mikrolisk gives different information on Guda, dating the trademark to 1958, which fits with the 60s look of the watch. What their relationship might be to Aureole I can't say. Either way, it's a largely forgotten brand.
Heres the site I got the quote from https://timelesstimepieces.wordpress.com/2016/05/12/guda-watch-by-aureole-watch-company/
Thank you very much for your answers. One more thing any clue how can I open the back case. I don’t know if it is screwd in.
I don't think it could be a screw on type, no indentations for a case back wrench and there seems to be a relief area at the rear of the stem which would prevent the back from being turned. There are a number of case back opening tools that might work. Those made like a knife with short dull blade are most often used for this type of snap off back. Great care should be taken to avoid damage.
