Any info on this textured sub second seamaster 30?

Hi - just saw this Seamaster 30 on a local resell site that I really liked, but the seller hasn't got much info on it and I can't find a similar examples anywhere.

Can anyone help provide any info on the call, ref, year, decent price range etc? Any info would be useful!

Hi, it looks like a redial to me.

The Omega logo does not look correct, and the font of the numbers does not look like anything Omega has done, but something from another manufacturer..

It wasn't a Seamaster 30 to begin with either 😀
