Any info on this beutiful omega back wind?

Hello fellow enthusiasts,
I've come across this ladies Omega with long lugs that extend halfway down the wrist. The watch's reference is 511 158, and it has a caliber 640 back-wind movement, made mid 60's. The case is 18k gold.
Can you tell me more about this watch? Is it rare? I haven't seen one like this before.

I think it's a De Ville, reference 511.166 - not 511.158. Lots of example online that range from between £300 - £900.

Can you post some more photos? It looks like an Omega Saphette but I’ve not seen that case design before, it’s very unusual
