Any info on Milwier?

Barn find on a recent trip to Italy. I can't find any info on the brand, and it's not listed on Microlisk. It looks like a Seiko 62mas-style case (also used by Stowa, the Smith's Astral, and in several other divers from the period), though with some nice additional beveling. The dial most closely resembles the Yema "skin diver" model, and the hands and bezel, those on the Smith's Astral. I've seen that particular style of "w" on a Waltham, but that might be coincidence. Any info appreciated!
