I just picked this watch up at auction... (Enicar Sherpa Graph) ... and am kind-of intrigued by the bracelet. It's presumably not original but I wondered if it's just some cheap aftermarket junk, or maybe a 1970s bracelet that could have some kind of story? It doesn't have any makers marks, but does have a scratched-on series of numbers that are more like a service mark on a watch case. Has anyone seen something similar?
For the avoidance of any doubt, I find the bracelet is horrible and really fiddly to even put on. I just am curious if it's something that I should hold onto or whether I toss it ;-)
I have seen something similar, I think it was on a Jenny Caribbean worn by a guy I was buying a watch from F2F a few years ago. If I can scare up his email I'll pass your pics on for his opinion. However the Squirrel Principle applies doesn't it? Stash it somewhere because you never know. Perhaps one day you'll need a bit of stainless steel for repairing your bicycle.
