Yeah it could be a medicus. but its missing a second hand...and it was made specifically for the French market. Others can tell you more ,but they'll need a shot of the movement. Nice flea market find.
hello chipsotoole and thanks I'm going to check if the second pinnion if broken or missing, which boils down to the same thing.I think finfing a sweep second hand shouldn't be that hard.
