Any help identifying vintage Movado

Hi everyone,

I was hoping someone here could help me identify this vintage Movado.

Unfortunately, this is the only photo I have at the moment, so I realise it may be difficult to say anything with certainty. Still, I would really appreciate any opinions from those with more experience.

I am mainly trying to find out:

whether this appears to be an original/authentic Movado and what it might be worth, even if only a very approximate estimate

I understand that with just one photo it may not be possible to confirm much, but any guidance, observations, or things I should look for would be very helpful.

Thank you very much in advance for your time and help.

Seems in good shape—it's a Movado 32747, as the caseback shows. Should be a Cal 75 powering it. It's in a Borgel case, which generally carries a premium. What size is it? I can't help much on price, but someone'll be along soon enough who knows way more.

It would be helpful to mention the context of the question, i.e. are you looking to buy? Sell? Is it an heirloom piece and you want to insure it?

Also, what is the size? Has it been serviced recently? Any information would help. We can see that it's chrome plated.

Thanks a lot, the seller says it is 35mm without crown

Thanks, I would be looking to purchase this watch. It's 35mm and the seller is asking 250 euros. I have requested to know if it has been serviced recently.

Thanks, it's listed for 250 euros. My main concern is whether the crown is original and whether the dial is repainted or from another watch.
