I've watched a few of ArchieLuxury's videos but find him grating at times. I have no issue with the language, just feel like some of the videos don't get anywhere and don't offer good information. But I guess it is all about entertainment value...
I'm not sure I would call it 'entertainment' myself. I think 'bizarre satire' may be kind. I will admit that it's a youtube channel that focuses on watches but not in a fashion that's enlightening or educational.
thewatches.tv ablogtowatch hodinkee watchuwant watchinthebox talkinghands(one of my favorites but the have not made a video in sometime)
ArchieLuxury's videos are comedy no real good information just stupid stuff. I watched a few of the videos as pure entertainment
+1 on talking hands - sadly those guys folded their blog and went back to their day jobs. I still sit down with a drink and watch the old episodes now and again...
Worn & Wound provides stellar reviews of mostly affordable to mid-range timepieces. Camerawork is fantastic and their breakdowns are incredibly informative. For pure JDM watch porn watch takuya is unreal, although there's no editorializing. Hodinkee is an acquired taste but their knowledge and access is near unassailable. That being said their Talking Watches series is insufferable. A Blog to Watch has lots of video content but quality is spotty.
The thing with archieluxury is half the time he isn't joking as much as we think he is. I think it's a mix of someone having a laugh and someone struggling with life. He's almost childlike sometimes. I do watch most of his videos though...
