Any concerns about this Conquest 9004?

Hi, i am no expert on Longines so hoping for some informed confirmation or otherwise that this Conquest is what it seems to be and not franken - I have noted there is no lume on the 3 6 9 12 hour markers

Looks like a redial. The applied markers don't match up with the printed markers or lume.
