+2 on having the hour hand stabilized and filled and the minute hand redone to match- I have had that done to several and although they don’t pass the “UV” test and isn’t “original”, the lume is already gone on that minute hand and on its way out on the hour hand (it could disintegrate when they take the hands off to service the watch)- so no harm in having it redone properly IMO.
