Newbie here looking for any information about this Omega. It is hallmarked for 1859! Is that even possible?

Not 1859, probably at least 70 years later. Can we see the movement also, to get the full picture?

In short No.

That is the Birmingham Hallmark for 1934, but I agree the K is very stylised.

ps both the anchor and Dennison being the manufacturer suggest Birmingham, UK. If you saw how far B'ham is from the sea you would see the irony in this particular hallmark which was one of the first outside London, starting circa 1773 in fact.

I couldn’t find any details for the model number. I’d love to know what it is.

It's a 23.7 caliber, created in 1918, with 7.3XX million serial and the 7 million calibers are very difficult to date without a EoA (M Richon indactes production of 7million started in 1920 and ended in 1935, A Kreuzer refers to the 1930-35 period...). The caliber ref is under the balance wheel, could you check if there is also a T1, T2 or T3 marking?
No name but could well be a ref CK 710. What is the case diameter?
