Hi all I’ve just discovered that there’s an authorised Omega service centre very close to where I live - Antique and Modern, in Barnet. I used them to service a pocket watch. They returned it with a small chip on the edge of the dial. Never mentioned it and ignored my enquiries as to what happened.
They are very near to where I work. I took my dad's old Tissot for a full service. They did a good job. Front desk not the friendliest and when on the phone were a bit rude once. I am in two minds whether to take my speedy for a service there or Swiss Time Services.
STS are very friendly, promptly repot to emails and any concerns/issues and do great work. I know where I’d be sending it.
